Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after supplier confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a second email with tracking information will be sent automatically.

Timber & Trend fulfills orders through a network of suppliers. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on supplier location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Some products may include free shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are issued once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking activity to appear after the number is created.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately depending on product availability and supplier location. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods

  • Supplier-related delays

We will assist where possible if delays occur.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, address changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will assist by coordinating with the carrier and supplier to investigate.
